How much is shipping? Meridian4 has one standard shipping rate; $5.94 to anywhere in the United States, Canada or Mexico. Each additional product in the same order is an additional $1.94.
How long will it take my order to be processed? Orders will usually take a few hours to process. However, this will depend on the size and complexity of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing unless otherwise noted. Processing time is the period in which Meridian4 verifies your order, locates the product(s) you ordered, and packages them.
How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped? Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-14 days for delivery. Meridian4 does not ship on the weekend. Shipping times are solely based on week days. Neither Meridian4 nor the shipping service is responsible for weather related delays.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges? You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. Meridian4 cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Will I have to pay sales tax for my order? Meridian4 is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to destinations where sales taxes are applicable. Tax amounts will be displayed and added to your order total where applicable.
The package I received was damaged, what do I do? All packages shipped are insured. Please contact us by email at service@meridian4.com if you receive a package that is damaged or opened, the contents within the package are damaged or if certain contents within the package are missing or stolen.
How do I make a return? Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include all materials in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return.
We do not accept returns of:
- Any product(s) returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any product(s) not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing materials.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
To return a product:
1. Send an e-mail to us at service@meridian4.com explaining what you would like to return and why.
2. We'll notify you via e-mail if you are able to return the item.
3. Once we've received and processed the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirmation. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
4. If your return is due to our error, we will add your return handling costs to your refund.
Promotional Discounts and Returns: Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
What does Pre-Order mean? A pre-order is a game which is not currently available by the manufacturer. You can purchase a pre-order item and we will ship it to you when it becomes available. Any pre-orders purchased from Meridian4 will receive free shipping.
What are Product Available Dates? The available dates are the best estimate as to when the product will become available. These dates are subject to change. Meridian4 will update product available dates on a regular basis. This date does not indicate the date you will receive your product, but will, in most cases, be the date the product is shipped to any outstanding orders.
How do I cancel an order? Send an e-mail to our Customer Service Department at service@meridian4.com. Please include your order # and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. If you are not cancelling your entire order, please indicate which items you are cancelling. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders which are shipping or have already shipped.
